My money was gone
I was playing on the phone and I closed the app and set my phone down. A couple hours later I logged back into the app and my money was gone from my account. I was winning quite frequently and I only had started with a 10$ deposit and worked all the way up to 205.87. once I was ready to cash out I contacted the account that had deposited the money for me via Facebook where they reached me at and they wouldn't tell me how to cash out or answer any other questions I had. All they keep doing is. Asking me if I want to play. Which is really getting in my nerves since they stole my money the first time I try to play on the platform. Really need some help here please. I don't know what to do. Losing my mind because I had plans with that money.

I actually enjoyed playing these games and am seriously disappointed because I had made it up to $53 and when I tried to cash out it took several days of them telling me I could cash out the next morning and then when it would be the time I was told to cash out, they would say, let me check
and then wouldnt say anything more until I would ask them if they had found anything out and then they would say, please wait
and then tell me to cash out the next day. Finally after four days or so if this they said I could cash out $15 of my winnings since I only deposited $10 (with a $5 bonus) or, as a one time exception I could cash out $25 and they would wipe the rest of my winnings. I took the second deal since it was the most they would allow me to cash out and I refuse to put any more money into it. Whats the point of I cant really claim what I won? And what really happened to the other $28? Not cool!

Orion Star Casino are fraud
I deposited $20, lost, deposited another $20, lost, and then I deposited $10 and won $1531.31. The platform Playjuwa told me their company policy was to payout no more than $200 on a $10 deposit, which I deposit all the time. This particular $10 happened to be my last deposit, out of $1531, and roughly $270 was a jackpot. So how could that make any sense? If this isn't corrected, I'll make sure I go on social media and blast it to everybody. I can talk to you about how unfair it is. I know you guys do not operate this way, but these guys are working for you, and one of my friends too; I play online and if I'm not going to get paid, you guys will have to do something to rectify it. Reach out to the platform and find out why they made that decision, because I'm sure you paid them. They just kept the money.
