Last Updated: 19 February 2026 | Effective Date: 19 February 2026
Casino World Reviews is committed to full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — which applies to users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — which applies to California residents. This page provides a dedicated overview of your rights under each framework and explains how to exercise them.
For a complete description of the data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and who we share it with, please read our full Privacy Policy.
GDPR — Your Rights as an EEA or UK User
The General Data Protection Regulation grants individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom the following enforceable rights over their personal data:
- Right of Access (Article 15): You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, along with information about how it is processed, where it comes from, and who it has been shared with. We will provide this within 30 days of a verified request.
- Right to Rectification (Article 16): If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct it without undue delay.
- Right to Erasure — “Right to be Forgotten” (Article 17): You may request that we delete your personal data where: the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected; you withdraw consent (where consent was the legal basis); you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; or the data has been unlawfully processed.
- Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18): You may ask us to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest its accuracy or while a complaint is under investigation.
- Right to Data Portability (Article 20): Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., JSON or CSV) for transfer to another service.
- Right to Object (Article 21): You have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, profiling, or where processing is based on our legitimate interests. We will cease processing upon a valid objection unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
- Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making (Article 22): You have the right not to be subject to decisions made solely by automated processing — including profiling — that produce significant legal or similarly significant effects on you. Casino World Reviews does not currently employ such automated decision-making.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

CCPA — Your Rights as a California Resident
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants California residents the following rights regarding their personal information:

You may opt out of such sharing by adjusting your cookie preferences via our consent banner or by contacting us directly.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Where we process sensitive personal information (as defined by CPRA), you have the right to limit its use to what is necessary to provide our services.
